Suzie Wilks, Judds list Mornington Peninsula estates
Former television and radio personality Suzie Wilks has listed a scenic Mornington Peninsula estate after four years.
The four hectare rural property, 79 Tucks Road, Main Ridge, is for private sale asking $5.95 million.
Ms Wilks and partner David Stuckey outlaid $5.595m in November, 2020, recently adding a horse arena.
It is being offered this time around with plans and permits for a country garden estate with a barn and loft.
Kay & Burton’s Andrew Hines has the listing.
79 Tucks Road
Developed in 1985 but fully renovated, the main dwelling at 79 Tucks Rd contains four bedrooms, two living areas, an office, workshop and tack room.
A alfresco area overlooks a solar heated pool and kids play zone.
The block is also configured with two fenced paddocks.
The horse arena could make way for a tennis court.
Mr Hines said the property offers views of neighbouring vineyards and olive groves, framed by rolling hills (story continues below).
The wet areas feature handmade Spanish tiles. The walls are also shiplap panelled.
“The exclusive direct access to extensive riding trails surrounding the property adds to this unique gem, a rare feature in today’s landscape where most riders rely on horse transportation to access such trails,” the agent added.
Judds to sell Arthurs Seat pile
Meanwhile ex-footballer Chris Judd and wife, former weather presenter, Bec, are selling their Arthurs Seat pile after nine years and a renovation.
The Wilson Rd dwelling carries $2.9-$3.2m price hopes.
The pair paid $1.21m completing a renovation last year.
On 2.3ha with spring fed dams, the main dwelling is compact, over a floor, with three bedrooms.
Marshall White’s Ben Vieth, the agent, is yet to begin a public campaign.
