Sunland Unveils New Project, Eton, in Melbourne’s Bundoora

In 2006, MAB sold a 44.5 hectare portion of the part developed University Hill to Queensland based developer Sunland – behind the ritzy Palazzo Versace Hotel, and the country’s tallest apartment building, Q1, both on the Gold Coast. Sunland is also responsible for St Kilda Road’s distinctive Yve and Balencea apartment towers.

Now, Sunland is proposing to build a medium-density townhouse project – Eton – on a part of the Bundoora land it brands Chancellor at University Hill.

Eton will include 49 double storey, two bedroom terraces, each with two car parks and a landscaped courtyard. Prices start at $425,000 and construction is set to start “in coming months”.
