South Yarra’s Arcadia Hotel For Sale

Jim Courier reportedly hangs out there when in town.

Radio hosts Hamish Blake and Andy Lee are regulars too.

Rove McManus comes to the occasional trivia night – according to locals.

And now the Arcadia Hotel, at the corner of Toorak and Punt roads in South Yarra, is for sale with a c$7 million-plus guide.

The refurbished venue can serve alcohol for all but four hours a day.

It also has a rooftop beer garden with views to the city and bay.

John H Castran director John Castran said the pub derives most of its income from liquor sales “making it one of the most profitable hotels in Melbourne”.

It is for sale with neighbouring investments; others front Punt Road with access to Ralston St and are rented to Eastern Rug Gallery and Hertz car rental.

A Toorak Rd shop and development site with a permit for a seven-level residential project is also on offer.

Mr Castran expects the five assets forming the portfolio to sell for a total of c$14m.
