South Yarra Development Site Sells For $5.5 Million
John H Castran agent Grita Angelucci sold the 588 square metre site. The sale price reflects a rate of $53,365 per unit, or $9440 per square metres of land.
Earlier this week in Forrest Hill the City of Stonnington council approved a controversial 26-level apartment tower abutting Melbourne High School, proposed by local developer Michael Yates.
Apartments within that project, Yarra House, have been advertised for sale since late last year.
