SKM May Leave Armadale Home, for CBD
SKM has been in the market for new offices for more than a year, sources say, and is said to have also considered space in GPT’s 530 Collins Street, and 171 Collins Street.
It’s speculated SKM, which has a huge property consultancy division, will redevelop its outgoing Armadale site into a residential project.
SKM denied a deal was done when contacted by BusinessDay, and would not be drawn into a discussion about where the company would move to. Stockland declined to comment. It has to fill large chunks of space in the building to fill, much of which was previously occupied by ANZ Bank.
