Secret Life of Us Block for sale
A block of flats used in television series The Secret Life of Us is for sale.
Inverleith, at 14A Acland Street, St Kilda, provided the exteriors for the dwellings of the show’s central characters.
Images were broadcast nationally and around the world for four years (however, the rooftop terrace which also appeared, was shot from apartment complex closer to the beach, 22A Esplanade).
The three-level Inverleith includes 12 oversized, unrenovated apartments, all with at least one sunroom.
The combined annual rent is c$168,000.
Biggin & Scott’s Claudio Perruzza will auction the property at noon on September 12.
The agents expects it to trade for c$4 million.
