Secret Life of Us Actor Sells Seddon Home
Actor David Tredinnick, better known as Simon the Barman from The Secret Life of Us, and partner, film and television locations scout and administrator Annetta Labb, have called Seddon home for more than seven years. They plan to stay in the west, but move closer to the beach.
The fully-renovated, double fronted home at 2 Acton Street includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a formal living room with fireplace and a casual open plan family and dining room overlooking an outdoor alfresco area and shed. The large back room has floor-to-ceiling shelves, which currently hold around 2000 books.
David and Annetta met in 1997, and have since given birth to baby daughter Greta, now 4. While David is recognised for his 4-year stint with Secret Life, he has worked in theatre for most of his career. His most recent shows include Visiting Mr Green, A Winter’s Tale and King John.
He is about to head into rehearsal for an Eleventh Hour Theatre version of the classic Othello.
Annetta meanwhile has worked behind the scenes for television shows including Boytown, The Home Song Stories and most recently, City Homicide.
Biggin & Scott director Renzo Tomasino is marketing the Seddon property with Simon Eighteen. The home is being advertised to sell for between $480,000 and $530,000 and goes to auction at 2pm on October 27.
