Robert Le Tet buys Espy penthouse

Movie producer and former Australian Broadcasting Authority member Robert Le Tet and his wife, Jeanette, are believed to have spent more than $5 million on a penthouse at Becton’s Espy complex, in St Kilda.

Four of these dwellings area available within the complex, which replaced an Esplanade Hotel bottle shop on Victoria Street.

Another unit is occupied by Becton founder and non-executive chairman Max Beck who’s outgoing Kinane, in Brighton, sold to businessman Russell Small for $11.2 million last July.

Last year, Mr and Mrs Le Tet sold Milford, in Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, to Coles Myer IT director Peter Mahler, for a rumoured $4m.
