Historic Richmond factory earmarked for offices

Two years after failing to sell at auction for $20 million, the owners of Richmond’s a former Rosella Preserving and Manufacturing factory are converting part of it as offices.

The red brick building at 16 Palmer Parade will accommodate 924 square metres of area over three floors.

It is for rent – asking $267,000 per annum; Kelly & Kelly’s Anthony Kelly and Andrew Field are the agents.

The owner is Parkmore.

The property adjoins the Besen-family owned Sportsgirl headquarters.
