One finalist, a commercial property firm, printed their logo on 90,000 take-away coffee cups and distributed them to cafes in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Another came up with an innovative way of keeping track of all the keys for rental properties by using a bar-coding system.
A coastal agency that manages holiday rentals encouraged repeat business by printing the visitors’ favourite holiday photos onto postcards they could mail to their friends.
And in a great example of community service, one agency decided to begin every on-site auction with a small charity auction of a vintage bottle of wine, raising more than $5,000 for the children’s ward of their local hospital.
“The finalists in the REINSW Awards for Excellence represent the best qualities of real estate professionals,” said REINSW President Steve Martin.
“Consumers can trust that when they buy or sell with one of these agents, they will be dealing with one of the best agents in NSW.”
Finalists come from agencies big and small, independent and franchises, across the state.
