Quanta secures Warwick warehouse
Quanta has quietly bought a recently refurbished and let industrial investment in Warwick’s Morgan Park.
The 2.17 hectare property, 56 Kenilworth Street, is costing $8.75 million for a single asset fund now calling on investors.
The seller, Kalparra Holdings, paid $3.7m in mid-2023.
The revamp is believed to have set it back $5m, Quanta is telling investors.
With 6299 square metres covering 29 per cent of the block, the asset was re-offered with a new 12 year lease to commercial vehicle fit out group, RXI.
Warwick is about 160 kilometres south west of Brisbane’s CBD.
