Plastic surgeon institute buys base
The Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery has bought four strata offices forming the ground floor of an Abbotsford apartment complex, to amalgamate for a clinic.
The 539 square metre space, part of the Walmer Residences at 649 Victoria Street, opposite Victoria Gardens shopping centre, was offered by Salta.
Also abutting and with views over the Yarra River, the property includes six car parks.
Colliers’ Matt Knox was the agent.
The Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery – Richmond, is presently at 600 Victoria St, Richmond.
Following the deal, Salta has one strata office left to sell at Walmer Residences, on the lower ground.
This pocket of Abbotsford is about four kilometres east of Melbourne’s CBD.
