Government banks $7.7m from industrial site
Renewal SA has sold another north Adelaide industrial development site.
The 2.9 hectare parcel, Lot 502, or 6, Gidgie Court, Edinburgh, traded to Industrial & Commercial for $7.66 million.
Zoned Strategic Employment, it was marketed for its potential to yield a distribution centre or manufacturing plant.
JLL’s Sarah Parkinson, Martin James and Kym Hutchins were the agents.
Edinburgh is about 27 kilometres north of Adelaide’s CBD.
The deal come nearly two months since we reported Renewal SA banked $19.6m selling an eight hectare Port Adelaide industrial development site to Melbourne based Austrak, which owns neighbouring properties.
