Pickles Auctions Signs Large Short Term Lease to Cope With Hail Damaged Vehicles
Pickles has taken a three month lease over almost 50,000 square metres of handstand land, for vehicle parking, and an 11,000 square metre building. Rent is reportedly $10 per square metre, per annum for the handstand, and $40 per square metre, per annum, for the building.
Colliers International’s Nathan Bingham and Stephen Newsham are marketing the property.
