Perth convenience centre sold in pieces

Caltex and Stride, at the edge of a convenience centre offered last year.

Two parcels from a subdivided convenience retail project in Perth’s north-east have sold for a combined $10.05 million following a failed attempt to sell the asset in one line last year.

The childcare centre sold for $4.3 million.

The Caltex service station and Stride Early Learning centre form the northern and southern ends of 8 Repton Road, Dayton, a 8967 square metre holding also facing Isoodon and Cranleigh streets.

They were offered in mid-2025 with a Hungry Jack’s and Chicken Treat, also standalone buildings, all up spanning 6959 sqm.

The annual income was $997,200

Transact Capital represented the buyer, a private investor (continues below).

The petrol station component was the priciest – $5.739m (the Stride traded for $4.311m).

Dayton is 24 kilometres from town.
