Otis leases Fishermans Bend space
Otis Elevator Co. has leased an office/warehouse in the Fishermans Bend employment precinct.
The international lift company committed to 854 square metres at 177 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne, a tenancy also with 21 car parks, for an initial five years.
The warehouse spans 330 sqm with racking.
Offices are considered A-grade, with boardrooms, open-plan work areas and breakout facilities.
The starting annual net rent ex-GST is $300,000.
The space was previously occupied by Cube Networks (continues below).
It will complement other local Otis offices.
In Australia, the group is headquartered in Sydney.
Its global base is at Farmington, Connecticut.
