Not for profit sells Brisbane office

The Annerley office cost $4.68 million including GST.

An independent not-for-profit has old a suburban Brisbane office after almost exactly 20 years.

The National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia, or NATA, banked $4.2 million for 628 Ipswich Road, Annerley.

It paid $2.75m, largely to occupy, in mid-August, 2005.

On 1442 square metres, with 694 sqm of area and 36 basement car parks, the property has also recently been tenanted by the Brisbane Internet and Phone Directory.

Between 2002-2004, the property was owned by real estate research house RP Data, later known as Corelogic and from this year, Cotality.

The new owner is JRC Nursing Agency.

With GST, the outlay is $4.62m.

Patona Property’s Sam Callanan and Joe Kennedy were the agents.
