Not for profit, SC Capital find Parramatta tenants
Vision Australia has found a tenant to let its former Enfield Centre at Parramatta.
Another not-for-profit, Life Without Barriers, will sublet the seventh level space at 128 Marsden Street (pictured, top).
Beside Westfield Shopping Centre, the 640 square metre fit-out tenancy will become a local headquarters.
The company is Newcastle based.
JLL’s Stephen Panagiotopoulos and Maria Mangcoy were the agents.
Service Stream commits to Signature Tower
Meanwhile, Singapore based asset manager SCA Capital has committed Service Stream to the top floor at 2 Wentworth St, or Signature Tower, Parramatta, which is being refurbished.
The deal is for nearly 1000 sqm.
The tenant will relocate a local office from 7/25 Smith St – which is also being revamped.
Service Stream – which bought Lendlease’s services business for c$300m in 2021 – is headquartered in Melbourne’s Docklands.
Colliers’ Chris Baltusssen and Janelle Cooley with Resonate Partners’ Tom Bartlett and Adam Weir were the agents.
SC bought the c1990 office, with 11,000 sqm and 119 car parks, for the Score+ Fund.
It paid Centuria $105.3m in 2019.
The refurbishment added change rooms and bike storage and repair facilities.
The main lobby – and lobbies and bathrooms of available floors – have also been upgraded.
