Time & Place paid New Sky Group $29m for a 940 sqm component of the land making way for the development, in September, 2020 (story continues below).

It later extended the holding to 1370 sqm following a deal with Crown for a neighbouring block.

Construction is scheduled to wind up in September, 2025.
