Nicholas Bolton to Offload Q2 Strata Office, Melbourne CBD
A consortium led by Macquarie Real Estate Equity Fund developed the 12-storey high-quality Q2 office in 2007.
The tower replaced the Fox and Hound Pub, which sat at 2 Queen Street until 2000.
The site was at one stage set to make way for a luxury apartment tower, but a shortage in strata office space, saw its “best use” re-evaluated.
Knight Frank’s Marcus Quinn and Caitlin Murdoch will auction the strata office next month.
