Morningside factoryettes reap $9.8m off-the-plan

Two Dunhill is eight kilometres east of Brisbane.

Nine premium quality factoryettes under construction at the entrance of Morningside’s Colmslie Business Park have sold for a total of $9.82 million.

The deals value the internal areas at an average $3477 per square metre.

The project, Two Dunhill, contains 12 tenancies across three buildings.

Designed by Rycon Constructions as warehouses, showrooms and offices they range between 186-419 sqm and each include bathrooms and car parking (story continues below).

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Gibson and Owen Byles are marketing the project at 14-28 Dunhill Crescent.

Morningside is about eight kilometres east of Brisbane.

Nine of 12 units at Two Dunhill have sold prior to titles being issued.
