Mirvac to Build New Fremantle Surf Lifesaving Club

FREMANTLE Surf Lifesaving Club and Sydney-based developer Mirvac have signed a $4.1 million agreement to build a new facility on Port Beach Road.

A 2200 square metre building will be replaced with a 2800 square metre facility with a gym, three training rooms and stage. Mirvac is contributing $2.5 million to the redevelopment.

The 75 year old club includes 1000 members, according to the mybeach website.
