Mirvac Starts Planning its Biggest Victorian Masterplanned Community
In late 2008 the consortium shelved billion dollar redevelopment plans affecting 737 hectares of former Department of Defence land, because the government refused to shift the UGB. At the time Mirvac planned 6500 homes to accommodate some 35,000 new residents.
