Mirvac markets next next Docklands skyscraper
Mirvac will launch its sixth Docklands skyscraper – Yarra Point – in October.
The group will adopt a similar design strategy to its nearby Tower 5 – which is renowned for having oversized flats with high quality fitouts.
Over 31 floors, the new building will contain 201 apartments, with between one and three bedrooms, a rooftop garden, communal barbecue facilities and gym.
At its entrance, it is designed with a double storey lobby, garden and bluestone paving.
The cheapest unit is asking $500,000.
Yarra Point will be adjacent to the one-hectare Point Park.
