Wingara Ag Limited buys Melbourne cold storage complex for $15.1 million
A cold storage complex on three hectares of land over two streets in Melbourne’s west has sold for $15.1 million.
The investment, spread across five titles and covering the addresses known as 5-17 Leslie Road and 6-10 Pipe Road, Laverton North, is trading to listed agricultural company Wingara Ag Limited.
Austco Polar Cold Storage – a business which Wingara Ag acquired earlier this year for $18.5 million – has three years left to run on a lease for the property, 18 kilometres from town, near the Boundary Road intersection with the Western Ring Road.
