Malaysian Investors Buy Prominent Bourke Street Mall Building For $17 Million

The deal follows a sale at 167 – 173 Flinders Lane in July to Melbourne businesswoman Carol Schwartz. That sale, at $13.31 million, was on a 4.6 per cent yield.
