MAB Corp to Sell Prominent Docklands Restaurant

Savills director Clinton Baxter is expecting the waterfront retail property to sell for more than $5 million.

Elsewhere in the Docklands area, MAB Corporation has started construction of its H1 apartment tower, and a major townhouse project, on land immediately west of the existing high rise apartment towers.

The developer and fund manager is widely tipped to announce itself soon as the buyer of Doncaster’s Eastern Golf Course.

Late last year, MAB reaped almost $3 million selling a prominent industrial development site on the Tullamarine Freeway entrance from the airport, near The Age print centre.
