Kylie Minogue has quietly sold an Armadale home after 31 years.

The London-based entertainer banked $1.715 million for 25 Cambridge Street in February.

She paid $185,000.

Ms Minogue is believed to live in a multi-level Chelsea terrace picked up in 2010.

The entertainer is also reported to hold a three bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge’s prestigious One Hyde Park which cost $25m a decade ago.

Kylie Minogue paid $185,000 for the terrace in 1990.

Ms Minogue has maintained her dwelling on 214 square metres as an investment; it last rented for $650 per week mid-last year.

With two bedrooms, and some original features including floorboards, it hasn’t been modernised.

Elsewhere in Melbourne, the family in 2007 paid $12.5m for a then-new office in Church St, Hawthorn.

In 2001, Ms Minogue outlaid $2.43m for an unrenovated Monomeath Avenue, Canterbury, mansion, as a gift for her parents.

Sister Dannii recently sold a Hawthorn East home for $2.43m, relocating to a nearby townhouse.

The family also held a French Island hideaway, Beaciel, which was offloaded more than a decade ago, shops and apartments in Canterbury’s Maling Road and CBD self storage units.

Jellis Craig’s Campbell Ward and Chloe Quinn marketed 25 Cambridge St.
