Ken Smirk joins Knight Frank
Ken Smirk has joined Knight Frank in a move which will see the agent be based at Glen Waverley once more.
The veteran agent, who quit JLL as part of a mass exodus to DTZ in 2004, ended up becoming that agency’s managing director.
A spokesperson for his outgoing broker said it is now on the look out for a replacement.
Mr Smirk was based in the suburbs more than five years ago and is considered a south east Melbourne specialist.
Knight Frank Victoria managing director Paul Burns said his recruit would focus on metropolitan and regional investment and development site sales.
