JLL Recruits Robert Anderson
Since leaving CBRE to join Walker in 2005, Mr Anderson has sold for the private developer The Strand shopping centre and Georges building in the CBD, and the Pran Central arcade in Prahran.
He also assisted in the $2 billion sell down of Lang Walker assets to the Mirvac group in 2006.
Mr Anderson says he is excited by the prospect of working alongside old agency rival David Bowden, and James Kaufman.
JLL has also recruited former Burgess Rawson agent Jonathan Walls, who will work the city fringe market with Steve Messina – who the agency poached from Knight Frank in 2006.
