JJ Richards Buys Three Adjoining Derrimut Blocks From Australand
Waste management service provider JJ Richards has bought the three adjoining blocks of land, part of Australand’s West Park Industrial Estate in Derrimut, about 17 kilometres from the CBD.
JJ Richards will owner occupy the new site. It is currently based on the other side of town, in Dandenong.
CVA Property Consultants Anthony Carbone, who negotiated the Derrimut sales for Australand, said the price translated to a healthy rate per square metre of $142.
