Jennmar consolidates in south west Sydney
Mining product manufacturer Jennmar will consolidate from 15 New South Wales locations to a new outer south west Sydney facility.
The group will occupy a 31,000 square metre office/warehouse at the Smeaton Grange Logistics Hub, set to a c1988 Coles distribution centre, at 80 Hartley Road.
Two more buildings containing a total 42,000 sqm are planned for the 16.71 hectare block (image of the estate, top).
Two hardstand zones, between two and 6.5ha, also form part of the design.
Jennmar has signed up for an initial 15 years.
Its tenancy will also include land allowing for a 6000 sqm extension.
Charter Hall is behind the developer and landlord; on behalf of the Prime Industrial Fund, it paid Frasers Property Industrial $90.5m for the block in 2018.
Completion of the business park is scheduled 2026.
Smeaton Grange is about 55 kilometres from Sydney’s CBD.
