In Elwood’s leafy Seaside Estate, Tiuna, c1884, carries $7.5-$8 million price hopes.
The property failed to sell when it was last for public sale in June, 2020, – as the country was in lockdown and confidence in the residential sector was in freefall.
At the time, it had a c$7.3m guide – which would have set a record for an Elwood home.

Also this month, a record was set for a Middle Park residence when 297 Beaconsfield Parade – a modernised five bedroom over two levels – traded for over $13m (story continues below).
Take two for Tiuna
On 1018 sqm behind a high wall, accessed via electric gates, the Italianate main dwelling at 8 Tiuna Grove contains five bedrooms and a formal living and dining room.
A renovation and extension about 25 years ago by Jackson Clements Burrows connected the home to stables, part of which is now fit out as a family room.
The site also includes a pool, studio, alfresco dining area and established garden zones. There’s off street parking for four too. Marshall White’s Andy Nasr and Tas Bartels are representing the vendors who have since 2018 lived in Paris.
