Interflora buys West Melbourne HQ, lists Prahran one

The Prahran site has two street frontages.

Interflora is set to finish well in the black selling its Prahran headquarters ahead of moving to a West Melbourne one.

The arm of the London based group can expect between $9.5-$10 million for 4-12 St Edmonds Road (pictured, top).

Over two levels, the warehouse converted B-grade office contains 1202 square metres and 14 car parks.

Also with frontage to Macquarie Street, the 964 sqm block offers significant development upside – with a Cera Stribley scheme for a six storey building offered.

Given the Activity Centre zoning, the property could accommodate commercial and residential over retail (story continues below).

Interflora paid $2.585 million for 114-118 Miller Street, West Melbourne.

Gorman Allard Shelton’s Peter Bremner and Jonathan McCormack are the agents.

Interflora is moving to 114-118 Miller St, West Melbourne – a warehouse conversion somewhat similar to 4-12 St Edmonds Rd but smaller, with 525 sqm on land of 232 sqm and four car parks – that cost it $2.585m last year.
