ING Real Estate Healthcare Fund to Sell Harvester Centre, Sunshine, After Two Years

The Harvester Centre, a two-storey restored factory at 2 Devonshire Road, includes 4,412 square metres of office space leased largely to healthcare and aged care tenants.
 
CBRE directors Andrew Dawkins and Matt Haddon, and Mulcahy & Co director Chris Mulcahy are marketing The Harvester Centre, which is expected to sell for about $12 million.
 
The ING Real Estate Fund also owns the Epworth Rehabilitation centre Camberwell.
