Ridgeview Park in Muskerry, about 155 kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD, is for sale.

The 104 hectare horse stud was once home to 1989 Melbourne Cup winner Tawriffic.

Via a previous owner, the property is also connected to billionaire businessman Robert Holmes à Court who is said to have maintained mares and stallions there.

Vendors Fiona and Phil Sloane can expect more than $900,000 from the sale, according to this item in realestate.com.au.
