Hewitts sell Toorak pad

The Toorak home is understood to be selling for over $15 million.

Lleyton and Bec Hewitt have offloaded their Toorak home after four weeks on the market.

The five year old dwelling, 34 Heyington Place is understood to be selling for over $15 million – within its quoted range.

The pair paid Royale Construction director Peter Johnston $12.7m while it was being constructed.

Over three floors, it contains five bedrooms, a six car garage, seven bathrooms and a 12-seat cinema.

Jellis Craig’s Phillip French and Nathan Waterson were the agents.

The Hewitts last month acquired a Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, dwelling for $4.3m.
