Garden House Apartment Complex Set For Prominent Rathdowne Street Carlton Site
Piccolo is reported to have paid about $6.3 million for the 1,747 square metre property in May 2007 outmuscling several other residential developers. The building that was once on the site had previously been used as offices for the Skin & Cancer Foundation.
