The Bourke St tenancy – in the mall – part of a project Futuro has branded The Bourke with c1900 sqm of retail area, will be its largest.
Globally it has over 600 outlets.
Futuro acquired the Tivoli Arcade and the office building above it in two parts in 2020 outlaying $206m.
