Freehold of Karen Martini’s Mr Wolf restaurant and bar for sale – again

For the second time in a year, the retail premises tenanted to Karen Martini’s Mr Wolf bar and restaurant is being offered for sale.

At the ground floor of a modern apartment complex, 9 Inkerman Street, St Kilda (pictured, top), includes 130 square metres of retail space configured as a public dining area and two private function rooms. It also offers a car park.

Ms Martini (pictured, left) pays $65,205 in annual rent to occupy the premises on a lease ending in 2022. The renowned chef, who is also a judge on the hugely successful cooking show My Kitchen Rules, then has two options to renew, potentially staying until 2032.

Mr Wolf opened at the address in 2004.

The property was last offered for sale last October. At the time Ms Martini was paying annual rent of $63,000.

Savills Mark Stafford, Jesse Radisich and Glenn Ye are marketing the retail investment for private sale asking $1.25 million.
