Former State Liberal Leader Robert Doyles Sells Out of Armadale
The three-bedroom plus study terrace in heritage-listed Cambridge Street passed in last Saturday for $1.25 million. It later sold for $1.28 million to an undisclosed party.
Pop diva Kylie Minogue owns an investment property in the street – which consists of 32 single fronted, identical timber cottages in unspoilt condition.
Mr Doyle accepted the $1.28 million offer, which is believed to be far less than what was expected, having recently bought a house in Albert Park.
