Lindsay Fox’s former house for sale
After failing to find a buyer following a private sale campaign, Phoenix Fairhaven – the art deco home once owned by trucking magnate Lindsay Fox – will be auctioned.
The three bedroom property at 1 Redcourt Avenue has a guide of $3 million-plus.
The design also includes a ballroom, cigar room and outdoor terrace.
