David Fox buys Albany Road mansion
David Fox, son of trucking magnate Lindsay, is the mystery buyer of the Albany Road mansion offloaded last year by developer Denis Roche.
Mr Fox Junior is speculated to have paid close to $11 million prior to auction.
The property includes a six bedroom home, seven car garage, tennis court, pool, gym and self-contained apartment.
It neighbours Solomon Lew’s Whernside (story continues below).
The street is considered one of Melbourne’s most exclusive.
Mr Fox Senior’s family home is at the corner of it and Irving Rd.
