Footy Show Co-Host James Brayshaw Pays $4.3 Million For Unrenovated Brighton Home
The unrenovated 1960s 5-bedroom home with pool and triple car garage has views of the water, but will need to be totally refurbished to bring it up to the quality of other homes in Brighton’s "golden mile". Brayshaw, who hails from Keilor in Melbourne’s north-west, is expected to relocate his family of four to the home once it is redeveloped.
Interests associated with real estate agent John Bongiorno is believed to have sold the propety. Mr Bongiorno is believed to own owns other homes in the street, considered one of Brighton’s most exclusive.
