Fire damaged Shepparton hotel for sale
Another historic regional Victorian pub is for sale.
The former Shepparton Hotel, which was part destroyed by fire in late 2007, is asking $3.2 million.
The structure sits on 2068 square metres at the prominent corner of Wyndham Street (also the Goulburn Valley Highway) and the Midland Hwy.
Vinci Carbone’s Frank Vinci and Joseph Carbone are the agents (story continues below).
The vendors were involved in running the business before the fire.
Other Victorian hospitality venues to hit the market in recent months include Ballarat’s Grand Hotel, Queenscliff’s Vue Grand Hotel and the Mt Buffalo Chalet.
