A Fender Katsolidis designed project of 13 townhouses build near the centre of the picturesque township has sold out in three weeks, yielding more than $6 million for builder Stralliance Developments.

A $5 million second stage, which will include nine more units, will now be released to keep up with reply, says RT Edgar selling agent Peter Molloy.
