Ex-footballer lists Hawthorn East office

The Hawthorn East office forms part of a mixed-use project with 140 apartments.

A developer led by former Collingwood footballer Paul Tuddenham has listed a two year old Hawthorn East commercial investment – part of a mixed-use complex which replaced the Bilia Volvo dealership.

The four storey asset – CV@141 Camberwell Road – is expected to sell for more than $120 million.

The 8500 square metre Prime-grade office component is fully leased – including to Cabrini Health which committed to a quarter last year.

There is also a c2000 sqm ground floor retail space and five-level basement car park.

Near the wine bar co-owned by Melbourne Football Club captain Max Gawn, and less than 500 metres from Camberwell Junction, CV@141 Camberwell Road is connected to two residential towers – the tallest rising 14 storeys (story continues below).

Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Rathgeber, Leigh Melbourne, Josh Cullen and Mark Hansen are the marketing agents.

The listing comes a month since the Minogue family listed a Hawthorn office with c$20m price hopes.
