Engineering Firm Bechtel in Market For Offices

Sources say the requirement is for 4000 sq m of space immediately, with the potential for that to be increased to 12,000 sq m by about 2010, depending on the business contracts Bechtel wins in Victoria by then.

CB Richard Ellis global corporate services manager Sally Henderson is handling Bechtel’s requirement.

Bechtel comes to market in the same month accounting group CPA Australia signed a 7000 sq m lease for office space at 28 Southbank Boulevard in Southbank.
