Eltham College Leases New City Campus at 121 King Street
Owner of the building, Zagame Holdings, recently completed a significant refurbishment of the city building, following the relocation of former tenant, engineering firm Lincolne Scott.
Eltham College’s Melbourne City School will occupy almost all of the building. Its lease is for ten years. The property is being marketed online at a rental of $200 – $400 per square metre, per annum.
An independent, co-education school enrolling about 1200 students, the main Eltham College campus is in the outer northeast suburb of Research.
CB Richard Ellis James Pappas and Shane Burns negotiated the lease deals.
A ground floor section of the building has been leased to architects Elevli Cameron.
