Eaglemont Office Sells For $11.35 Million

The vendor, also a private investor, paid $8.25 million for the asset in 2006 with only one year remaining on a lease to Bill Express. The office was re-leased after a new fitout.
 
The Eaglemont property sits on a massive 9,300 square metre block, and also has frontage to Glenord Drive East, Glenord Drive West and busy Banksia Street. It’s widely tipped to eventually make way for a higher density building including apartments, as well as offices.
